In a small Bay Area town in California, six brothers discovered a passion for customizing cars. What began as a hobby—and a way to stay out of trouble—quickly evolved into a respected presence within the Lowrider community.
By the late 1970s, the Quistian brothers launched Quistian Hydraulics, laying the foundation for what would soon become a legacy. In the 1980s, they established the Royal Emperors Car Club, earning widespread recognition through years of dominating major shows and taking home top honors, including Budweiser Car of the Year, Lowrider’s Best in Show, The Covers of Magazines and numerous awards for their craftsmanship in fabrication and paint.
As the years passed, the brothers grew, raised families of their own, and gradually expanded their focus from Lowriders to Muscle Cars and Motorcycles. Yet through every evolution, one thing remained unchanged—their passion for customization and their drive to build machines that turn heads and leave a lasting impression.

A father who had been building vehicles since the 1970s passed that same passion on to his sons—instilling not just skill, but pride in the craft.
Today, we bring that legacy to Texas, driven by a commitment to help others bring their automotive dreams to life. With experience in automotive paint, restoration, fabrication, and design—along with certifications from leading paint manufacturers and the Motorcycle Mechanics Institute—and years spent working with Harley-Davidson, we’ve completed over 1,000 vehicles combined.
Our mission is simple: earn our customers’ trust and deliver quality work on time, so they can get back to enjoying the road—whether they drive, ride, or cruise their dream machine.
We’re here to help with anything you need—routine service, parts and accessories, full frame-off restorations, or even a quick bumper repair. No job is too big or too small. We provide high-quality craftsmanship at a fair price, and we approach every project with the same mindset:

Our team is highly trained, experienced, and ready to take on projects of any size with precision and care
Current Construction to property.
Here at the Classic Car and Motorcycle Community, you’ll find three buildings ranging from 4,000 to 5,000 square feet, each designed to deliver a unique experience.
The Classic Car Bar offers a place to relax and enjoy music, food, and drinks—whether inside or out on our expansive patio. Currently under construction, it’s being built into a full entertainment destination featuring pool tables, gaming machines, a live performance stage, and an expanded restaurant and bar experience.
Hold It Down TX – Temporary Shop will serve as our primary service location for customers throughout 2026. By the end of the year, construction will be complete on two new buildings, including a 5,000 sq ft, three-bay shop with a full showroom for H.I.D. Tx (Pictured at left.)

A dedicated oil change and service facility is also underway, with completion scheduled for December 2026.
